The proposal is not wide but original, few types of pizza and with few ingredients, but precisely for this reason cured and refined. Quality is not disputed but the service leaves much to be desired. Despite the fact that in our evening the place was very uncrowded, we waited so long to be served throughout the dinner, we deduced because of the takeaway requests that were given priority, but especially for the fundamental lack of attention of the staff whose attention was not really paid to us. I hope it was just a no night. But we won't go back. The right final price for quality.

Bufalarium is a place where you eat Excellence: very digestible dough, extraordinary raw materials, punctual service. Nothing to add.. Indeed: eating outside, in summer, inside the square, is something wonderful. Congratulations to all the staff!

the Pizzeria Bufalarium is not only a place to eat an excellent pizza, but a complete experience that combines extraordinary food, excellent service and a unique atmosphere. Absolutely worth trying!

Great pizza in a beautiful square in the historic center of L'Aquila. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of classic Neapolitan pizza with cornice; very good, digestible. Average quality cost ratio!

(Rating from 0 to 5 stars) Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Small and quaint) Reception and Staff : ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Nice but unprofessional) Food : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Fantastic and digestible fried and pizzas, pottiful raw materials) Price : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Constructive note : Disoriented and a bit slow staff, lacks a bit of organization x tables that are managed randomly. Pizzeria doc, no frills but mainly pizzas with buffalo mozzarella or fiordilatte and other typical ingredients. Pizzas with crust, let's be clear, not the thin ones like a sheet of paper but the soft and well-leavened ones with an excellent dressing. We had the times set by the need to "leave room for the second round" but we were tired and in an hour we managed to enjoy our daisies and hoaxes. Very nice signs indicating the table, probably objects taken from the local tradition of the manager. Efficient staff and pizza maker very fast.
