Excellence ruined by service
The proposal is not wide but original, few types of pizza and with few ingredients, but precisely for this reason cured and refined. Quality is not disputed but the service leaves much to be desired. Despite the fact that in our evening the place was very uncrowded, we waited so long to be served throughout the dinner, we deduced because of the takeaway requests that were given priority, but especially for the fundamental lack of attention of the staff whose attention was not really paid to us. Unique experience!

Pizza evening at Bufalarium
Pizzeria doc, no frills but mainly pizzas with buffalo mozzarella or fiordilatte and other typical ingredients. Pizzas with crust, let's be clear, not the thin ones like a sheet of paper but the soft and well-leavened ones with an excellent dressing. We had the times set by the need to "leave room for the second round" but we were tired and in an hour we managed to enjoy our daisies and hoaxes.
